April 13th (Thursday)
Arrival in the late afternoon. Accommodation at the hotel, and a welcome drink. Meeting with our agent, dinner, and overnight. During the very early morning of Friday, it is possible to attend the antique Immaculate procession. The Madonna statue, a scene of the Mother in search of her Son, is carried by members of the religious confraternities along the procession on their shoulders; they are also dressed in habits, and carry lamps and candles.
April 14th (Friday)
Breakfast at the hotel, where you meet a touristic guide, and departure to the seaport. Embarkation to Capri, and full day excursion for visiting the island: the worldwide famous Piazzetta, the Augustus Gardens facing the Faraglioni rocks, the Certosa of St. Giacomo, Point Tragara, and Anacapri. It is optional the visit to the Villa St. Michele, once home to the eccentric Swedish doctor and writer Axel Munthe, or the excursion to the Blue Grotto. Lunch at a panoramic restaurant, and free time for shopping. Afterwards, return to Sorrento back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
After dinner, it is possible to attend the Black Procession, where the Suffering Madonna scene, follows the simulacrum of the Dead Christ.
April 15th (Saturday)
After breakfast, departure to Caserta. Meeting with our touristic guide and visit to the Royal Residence. Lunch at a restaurant, and afterwards the tour proceeds to the old Caserta for visiting its medieval hamlet, and its medieval duomo. Return to the hotel. After dinner, it is possible to attend a Sorrentine Tarantella Show at a local nightclub. Overnight.
April 16th (Sunday)
Full board service at the hotel. During the morning, excursion to Pompeii. Afterwards, guided visit of the archaeological excavations, with possibility of attending the Holy Mass at the Madonna del Rosarios Sanctuary. During the afternoon, excursion to Amalfi to visit the village with our touristic guide.
April 17th (Monday)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Naples, and panoramic tour of the city. Departure.
